What
is Leadership?
Leadership can be seen and explained in many ways, but as a group we believe leadership means
a person or group that has the capability to influence you, directly, making you respond to their action or commands that
they give you. Leadership is something in which the person or group can inspire you to do things that maybe good or bad. It
also makes us perceive the person or group to be something we look up to, their behaviour, attitudes, we believe are correct
and we follow them as we want to be part of the group and share their values and attitudes. Leadership also requires a very
strong person to become a leader, to be able to look after yourself and the ones that follow you. Getting across your message
to all the people and making them understand and share your vision.
We also see leaders have great desire to achieve, their vision of what they want and believe in, is stronger than anyone else
that follows him or her. Leaders seem to have a strong personality, attitudes, be able to think and solve problems on behalf
of the team.
